Referral Bonus
How Much Can I Earn?
- $250.00 per referral. There is no cap to the number of referrals that an employee can make. For example, if you refer 4 caregivers then you could earn $1,000.00($250 x 4).
When is the Referral Bonus Paid Out?
- The $250.00 is paid to the referring employee after the referred employee has: completed 60 days of employment; and
- worked a minimum of 30 hours in the previous 30 day period; and
- maintained acceptable attendance and work quality standards; and
- completed with new employee orientation and training; and
- remains in good standing with no corrective behavior, performance, or personnel actions.
Who Qualifies For The Bonus?
- Non-Exempt hourly employees (excludes Human Resources personnel that are involved in the hiring or discipline process related to the referral so as not to create a conflict of interest). The referring employee must be actively employed and in good standing during the time period the bonus payment is awarded. Terminated employees are not eligible for bonus payments that are due after their final day worked.
