Social Feed

Every office has their own Workplace feed within Zingage. This is a great place to connect with fellow caregivers and office staff, ask questions, seek advice, and more!

Ways to Earn Rewards

You can check the "Goals" tab on your ZIngage profile to see how you can earn rewards for everyday successes. Outside of the goals on your Zingage profile, you can also earn spot rewards if you receive a nomination from the Office for going above and beyond, picking up a hard to fill shift, or getting positive feedback from a client.

Holiday Rewards

If you work a Caregiving or Scheduling shift on a qualifying holiday, then you'll earn a reward! These rewards are given automatically, but may take up to a week to process. Qualifying holidays include:

• Christmas Day
• Christmas Eve
• New Year's Eve
• New Year's Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• 4th of July
• Mother's Day
• Father's Day

Birthday and Anniversary Rewards

Zingage awards point automatically on your birthday and work anniversary.

Indeed/Glassdoor Review Rewards

You can earn rewards if you leave a review on both Indeed AND Glassdoor. Please send proof of review to kudos@nhcares.com. Link for Indeed HERE and Glassdoor HERE. Limited to 1x year.
