To take an extra step in building your immunity, concentrate on eating foods rich in Vitamins C and D as well as Zinc, which all are known to boost your immune system.

Stay Hydrated

As we age, our bodies get less efficient at retaining water. That’s why it’s increasingly important to stay hydrated as we age.
