Whether you would like a bit of companionship and personal care while recovering from knee surgery, require skilled nursing after major surgery, or need assistance rehabilitating after an accident, our caregivers can help.

Get the help you need.

No matter why you need care, we work with you to develop a care plan that meets your needs. You decide what help you’ll get and when you’ll get it. Although we are required to complete State-mandated paperwork, you are not committed to a long contract with New Horizons.

If we already care for you, we can easily add more involved care while you recover from an accident or surgery. Perhaps a visit from one of our registered nurses to dress a wound, for example, extra time with your caregiver while you recover, or even a simple virtual check-in for more frequent contact. We make sure you have the care you need, when you need it.
